Superb modern 3 bedroom chalet furnished to a very high standard

Solar do Atlantico is a traditional style Portuguese beach house that stands perched over the Atlantic ocean in completely private surroundings and with full view of the ocean. The villa has 3 bedrooms / 1 large bathroom, a spacious lounge/diner with TV, and has bright airy French windows that lead onto the veranda overlooking the garden and ocean. It has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of outside space for adults and children alike.

Decorated and equipped to a high standard, the villa is located just 2 km from the nearest beach at Salir do Porto. Has it’s very own swimming pool.

Local Area information: The chalet is located perfectly between the two main beach resorts of Foz do Arelho and Sao Martinho do Porto so you can take you pick from these two superb destinations. Just beyond Sao Martinho is the beautiful former fishing village of Nazare that still exudes all the old world charm from yesteryear but now with the added attraction of good shopping, restaurants and cafes all along the promenade and beach. Just above Nazare is the delightful cliff-top town of Sitio which is a must to visit just for the amazing views of the sea and surrounding towns and villages.

Caldas da Rainha and obidos are both within easy striking distance by car using the A8 motorway so that a range of other attractions opens up to the visitor.

Located within a short distance of the golden sanded beach at São Martinho Bay, you can take the morning out as soon as the sun rises. Take your afternoon lunch in one of the many restaurants lining the beach or just chill out from all the sun with a refreshment from one of the bars.

The Bay offers a variety of water sports if that's your preference and you can book them through this very site too.

New and paved walking or running paths can be used to take full advantage of a calorie burning afternoon.

Caldas da Rainha, the historically well known thermal city can be reached within a 15 minute drive and here you can shop in the daily fruit market where you'll find the best the region has to offer in terms of fresh produce. There are also many hypermarkets in the area to stock up on daily provisions in São Martinho along with the daily produce market.

Lisbon Airport is only a 50 minute drive.

Golf: If golf is in your sights you can reach the internationally acclaimed five star golf course at Praia del Rey within 30 minutes by car. There are also many wonderful golden beaches at Peniche and various well known surfing spots in that area too, amongst them the very well known 'Supertubos'.

30% Initial deposit payable by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival. Then 70% is payable by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A fully refundable security deposit of GB £300.00 will apply to all bookings.This amount is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after leaving the villa.
Notes Rates do not include cleaning and laundry after visit so there is an extra charge of GB £65/- that will be added to your bill at the time of booking. If additional maid services are required during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Electricity and water are included in the rates. During the winter or cold spells during at other times, a central heating surcharge will apply.
