Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Foz Do Arelho, Portugal

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Additional information about rental rates
  
  * A 30% initial deposit is immediately payable at the time of booking by bank transfer to the nominated bank. This allows the owner to make a booking in your name and take the requested dates off the online web calendar. The balance amount is usually payable in two further instalments the last of which will be payable no less than 30 days before your intended date of arrival.
  A fully refundable security deposit of GBP £300.00 is also payable 30 days before your scheduled arrival. This amount is returned to you by bank transfer to your nominated bank account within 10 working days of your departure from the villa.
  * Please note that the Christmas period attract peak rates between 23 December 2011 and 04 January 2012. These rates can be flexibly applied depending on the number in your party and your length of stay. Nightly rates will normally apply. The rental charge does not include winter heating costs @ GB £15.00 per day.
• Please note that we have a refund policy that forms part of the overall terms. Kindly read carefully if you are uncertain about refunds in the event of cancellation. Please also double-check with the manager just to make sure you are happy with the rules.
  In cases where the rental period is less than four weeks from the booking date, then you will need to pay the total rental amount in advance.
  The end of vacation cleaning cost is not included in the rental fee but is charged extra @ GB £65/- which will be duly added to your bill when you are making the reservation with you. If yo have any doubts, then you should clarify with the owner or manager when booking.
• If your stay is more than 10 nights, we provide extra sheets and towels for your use, but no mid-holiday clean is provided within the rental price listed. If you do require a mid-holiday clean, then this can be arranged at an extra cost of Euro GB £45/- for a light clean or GB £65/- for a full clean. Please inquire with the owner when booking the villa.
  
  If you are staying less than 7 nights during the High, mid and low seasons, then the end of vacation cleaning is charged @ GB £65/- extra. Please ask the owner about this if you have any doubts.
