This sea front apartment will amaze you by its splendor. The feeling you get when approaching the patio, with its dramatic scenery, is the most thrilling part.

The open plan spacious lounge/dining area has full sea views through the patio doors leading onto the balcony. Relax in the modern lounge area with two leather sofas set around a large flat screen TV and chunky wooden coffee table. The shaggy grey rug and the dark wooden shelves add a cozy homely feel. Connect to the apartment’s free WiFi, watch the satellite channels, pop in a DVD (remember to bring them) and the children can keep themselves entertained on the playstation 2 (remember to bring your games).

Enjoy a refreshing drink on the balcony, the glass-paneled wall ensures uninterrupted beautiful sea views.

The dark wood theme continues through to the kitchen, which is complimented by the silver appliances. Enjoy the full sea views through the windows in the kitchen area. A washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave are all provided for your convenience.

There are three spacious bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, and a family bathroom with shower over bath and a separate w/c. They have the same décor throughout of grey and yellow tiles and dark wood. Each bedroom has the same dark wood theme and bedside tables with lamps, The two double bedrooms share a small balcony where you can admire the magical sea views. All bedrooms have windows with blinds.

One of the double bedrooms benefits from an ensuite shower room. There are full sea views from the bedroom windows and a sliding concertina door with frosted glass panels runs the length of the room and opens up into the lounge and dining area.

There is a communal pool on the Polyxenia complex, which all guests can use.

This apartment is a perfect slice of paradise and the ultimate choice for those wanting a relaxing break whilst taking in the sea views. The beach is golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving.

NB: Please note that this property is located close to all amenities which includes restaurants and bars, which can play music up until 02.15 in the morning.

We thought the apartment was wonderful. It had everything we expected from the description.



We loved the size and the space and the convenience of its position. The crockery and cooking utensils were also of a good standard.



The resort was perfect for us with a small child who had everything he could have wished for.



The transfers both ways were excellent and punctual.

Located on a popular family resort in Pernera on seafront location. There are a few sandy beaches in this area, the most popular being the Marlita beach which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa. This beach has all the amenities you will need from renting of sun beds and parasols to watersports for the more energetic. The beach is golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving. Pernera has a lot to offer the holiday maker with a variety of shops to browse and restaurants to suit all tastes. The local bars all welcome children and offer sky sports daily and nightly entertainment. There is a small water park just a short walk away which is suitable for younger children. A stroll along the coastline from the brand new boardwalk is a must taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters.
