This villa has the superb location of being just a stone’s throw away from the crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Located at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is no passing traffic to this beautiful villa. A private property with gated off-road parking, it also has a shaded parking space. This villa is ideal for groups or wedding parties as we also manage the villa next door (please also view 155).
Special attention has been given to the villa to create plenty of family fun. Internet access, playstation 2 (please remember to bring your games with you), iPod docking station and a table tennis table have been provided for the children’s entertainment. For the adults the pool and patio area is the perfect place to unwind and relax with your favourite cocktails or ice cold beer. The tropical garden ensures the utmost seclusion and privacy for your relaxing holiday.
The entrance door to the property opens into the modern black, white and stainless steel fully equipped kitchen area. A window, with blind, over the sink lets in the glorious sunshine, whilst a gas hob, electric oven and plenty of work surfaces makes this the perfect place to prepare your meals. A fridge freezer, microwave and toaster complete the amenities. Dine indoors, three bar stools are provided or enjoy your meals al fresco in the beautiful tropical garden.
The lounge area is the perfect place to relax on the two comfortable cream leather settees positioned either side of the wall mounted flat screen TV (UK SKY TV is also provided). A home telephone is provided, for incoming calls only. Beautiful canvases, black vases and ornaments really give this two bedroom villa a home from home feel. Two large ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning, are provided to keep you cool on those long hot summer days.
Step out into the lush green garden and pool area through one of the lounge area’s two sets of patio doors. Alternatively, exit through the side door, which leads onto the pergola covered, decked seating area with matching wicker chairs and tables. Relax around the pool on one of four sun loungers and rest your refreshing cocktails on the tables provided. The outdoor shower is conveniently situated for your pre bathing needs. Light up the gas BBQ and enjoy a typical meze around the large glass table with six chairs provided.
A tiled staircase with wrought iron handrail leads to the 1st floor where there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms, matching wooden bedroom furniture, bedside cabinets and lamps, full length mirrors with plug sockets and air conditioning.
The master double bedroom has patio doors with views over the pool area and a slight sea view. It also has a window above the bed, with blinds. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning, ample wardrobe space and a safe for your valuables.
The twin bedroom has three large windows all with blinds and a sea view. A wall mounted flat screen TV and the playstation 2 is provided for your entertainment. Again there is ample wardrobe space.
