Oceanview is the largest and most successful Property Rental Company on the East Coast of Cyprus. We have over 100 luxury properties in our portfolio and since our inception in 2006. We take pride in the fact that 20% of our guests are repeat customers.

Oceanview Services Ltd was founded by two driven entrepreneurs with over 50 years combined experience in the service and real estate business, but mostly with a passion for true quality and service. We are British and now live in Cyprus. We understand that the 'unspoilt' charm and 'relaxed life style' of Cyprus sometimes comes at a cost to the 'five-star luxury service throughout', but we are here to bridge this gap.
Stephen Lee has over 30 years experience creating brand images. His passion is Detail. His vision was to create the best management and luxury villa Rental Company in Cyprus.
Sarah Lee has over 20 years experience in the service industry successfully running her own business for that period creating, leading and motivating a professional team.
Through our professional knowledge and being avid travelers ourselves, we personally select our villas for the overall experience that they offer.
Special attention has been given to obtain individuality and pure luxury to all of our villas to achieve an unforgettable holiday to all of our customers. They say the most important attribute to a villa is location and Oceanview have taken the time and effort to offer the most superb locations throughout the East coast of Cyprus. Your holiday is protected
At Oceanview Villas, we’ve made sure all you have to think about is where you want to go. All our holidays are protected by ABTA, so your trip is in safe hands. Being part of ABTA means we have proven we promise high professional standards and superior choice, quality and service at fair prices.
Payment and optional extras: Pay only 20% deposit to Reserve your chosen villa and then pay nothing else until you check in at our 24 Hour check in office in Protaras when we hand you the keys to your villa. We do not ask you to pay your balance 60 days prior to your arrival and tell you your key will (you hope) be in a box at the villa. We are the only company in Cyprus open 24 hours a day.
Optional Extras: While there are many bars, restaurants and shops in Protaras car rental is always recommend to visit the many beautiful beaches and attractions Cyprus has to offer. We can organize this for you at competitive rates. We look after you from the moment you step off the plane. If car rental is not required we can also organize your return transfers. Baby packages and welcome hampers are also an optional extra. Please enquire for full details.
Beware of scams in 2011 it happened in 2009 and 2010 with lots of upset families having prepaid thousands of pounds for a villa that didn't exist when they arrived here.
