Fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a private sun terrace set in beautiful sub-tropical gardens. There is a very large pool together with a toddlers pool. Chayofita is conveniently located for local shops, restaurants and is well served by buses. The nearby town of Las Galletas offers more shops, sea front restaurants, beach and a picturesque marina.

The apartment has one bedroom and with a bed settee in the lounge will sleep four. It has glass sliding doors from the bedroom leading to a private sun terrace, complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. The living and dining area seats four. There is a TV showing BBC1 BBC2, ITV, C$ and C5. DVD (Films can be hired locally) radio, cassette player and a CD player. The kitchen area has fitted units, gas cooker including oven and grill. There is a microwave. The tiled bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, hand basin and WC. There is also a washing machine

The owner arranged a short stay for me at very short notice. I was met at the airport which saved hassle of taxis-(the queue was very long!) The apartment was perfect for my stay and made an ideal base being just walking distance from everything I needed. Particularly liked the sun terrace. Will definitely book again

went here jan 2008 for new years eve ,horified is the only word we felt.very little hot water for bath/shower had to boil pans,definatly not big enough for four ,was to small for 2 .damp beds/bedding.no sun at all in room,only good thing was tv had 5 channels,got mugged outside on first night,gangs hanging around,got no satisfaction off owner when complained,didnt get back to us.had to get a flight home after 3 nights couldnt take any more think twice before going
Owner's Response: These were indeed the tourists from hell. I had feedback from my representative who met them at the airport that they were moaning even before they reached Costa del Silencio. My rep did call me on New Yrs eve but all my other accommodation was booked. Tried to get in touch with guests but they were out and had no mobile. This property has been well booked over the last few weeks and have received excellent feedback. How could the sheets be damp-they were only put on the bed that day! No sun in room?? Is that where you want the sun? Most people go outside to sunbathe. These properties are built to keep sunshine out as otherwise get too hot in summer. Clear note on water heater that should leave time between showers to allow water to reheat. It does not take that long. Did not report mugging to anyone and I suspect it did not even happen. Yes they liked the TV and this sort of hints that they may not really suited to foreign travel. Dont like locals-want chips with everything-complain if its too hot. You will always get some people who find things unsuitable-just wished that they had read the description of the area and in fact Tenerife in general. The gangs she referred to were local Spanish New Year revellers-yes there are Spanish people living in Tenerife!
