Come stay at our personal vacation home at Maui Kamaole. It's South Kihei's NEWEST low-rise, low-density development. Enjoy 23 acres of tropical gardens with two pools, a jacuzzi, a waterfall, a hot tub, and two tennis courts. Maui Kamaole is the only 3-STAR-RATED complex across from the Kamaole Beach Parks.

Kamaole III Beach Park is just across the street. You'll find a tree-shaded, grassy park and a sandy beach with snorkeling, surfing, kayaking -- showers and a lifeguard, too. Keawakapu Beach is also walking distance. Take our beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler to sample all of Maui's world class beaches.

This is not a 'bare bones' rental. Maui Kamaole is a Top-Rated Property and I-115 is a Top-Rated Condo. It's our 'home away from home', not one of a string of condos we rent. We chose it for its QUIET, PRIVATE LOCATION and its OCEAN VIEW. It's furnished for comfort -- ours and yours.

WE EMPLOY A LOCAL MAGNAGEMENT COMPANY TO CARE FOR OUR CONDO AND OUR GUESTS. Their full staff is available to our guests 24/7. The FRONT DESK at Maui Kamaole is open daily.

This spacious GROUND FLOOR unit has clean tiled floors and mirrored baths. The Corian Kitchen has high quality appliances, including a FULL SIZE 20 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with ice and *filtered* water in the door. There's a smooth-top stove, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Two air conditioners. Two ceiling fans. Sliders at each end of the condo are fitted with night locks so you can sleep SAFELY with fresh air. The Maytag washer-dryer is FULL SIZE. The condo is open plan and spacious, with the advantage of TWO BATHS. Living space is OVER 1000 SQ. FT.

There's a 32' Samsung TV with HD Cable in the LR. There's a 19' Toshiba TV w/DVD player in the BR. FREE BROADBAND WIRELESS. There is a comfy NEW EASTERN KING SIZE BED in the bedroom and a QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA in the living room. Modern window treatments -- with blackout in the BR if you want to sleep late or nap.

Enjoy elevated views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains from the cool NW-facing, 17 X 12, shaded and very private front lanai. NEW LANAI TABLE, CHAIRS AND CHAISES. See the sunrise over Haleakala from the quiet, walled garden courtyard off the bedroom. View the tropical plantings and the ocean from the large lanai. Listen to the surf at night. My husband and I had vacationed in Hawaii for 20 years, enjoying two to four weeks a year on each of the four major islands. Then we found a condo we wanted to call home: Maui Kamaole I-115.

Sue Martin purchased this condo in 2001

We chose the Wailea end of South Kihei for its proximity to great beaches. We chose Maui Kamaole because the units are larger and newer, with close ocean views. We appreciate the intimate and uncrowed low-rise buildings carefull spread over 23 beautifully landscaped acres. We chose I-115 for its view, its cool, NW-facing lanai, its location away from road and pool noise. Then we completely refurbished it. We visit to enjoy it ourselves and to improve and maintain our Island Home.

When we turn off Kihei Road and start up the drive into Maui Kamaole we leave the busy world behind. It's all 'out there' -- shops, restaurants, beaches -- but this is HOME -- for us and for many guests who return every year. The complex is quiet. The landscaping and pools are beautifully kept. The lanai view is spectacular, even more so when the whales are in Maalaea Bay!

Beautiful South Kihei - Maui

We had an enjoyable stay for approximately 13 days. The condo was as advertised, clean, modern and well equipped for us. The location in south Kihei is excellent, being very quiet yet within easy walking distance of good restaurants and casual shopping. Moreover the location inside the complex provides a spectacular view across the bay towards the Lahaina road and of the lights of Maalea. The unit lanai was a truly relaxing spot for morning coffee and a quiet evening drink. The lower complex swimming pool and hot tub were only few yards away but out of sight and sound, excellent location as far as we were concerned. The beaches were only a five minute walk from the unit and each morning we took an hour and twenty minute(return) walk along the beaches for a short salt water swim and exercise. Wonderful place!!

Certainly a-to-be recommended unit,complex, and location in our opinion.

Very nice. Just as pictured and described. Clean and well stocked including beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc.

Great location, very near several beaches in a very well maintained development. The beaches down south are really nice, especially Big Beach.

The condo is really lovely and lots of space. Everything you need is catered for and the kitchen is very well equipped.The grounds are very well maintained and there are 2 pools to choose from and BBQs around the complex. Free internet access was very handy. This was a great location for us as central for lots of activities including windsurfing, snorkelling, shopping and drives to volcano and Lahaina. So many lovely beaches close by so take your pick. Nice and quiet and lovely to sit on lanai in evening. Would highly recommend.

Owner's Response: Hope you'll be back from Australia before very long! Glad you liked the *quiet* on our lanai. I love being on a ground floor, but also having the elevated view from our hillside location.
