Enjoy 23 acres of tropical gardens with two pools, a jacuzzi, a waterfall, a hot tub, and two tennis courts. Maui Kamaole is the only 3-STAR complex across from the Kamaole Beach Parks.
Kamaole III Beach Park is just across the street. You'll find a tree-shaded, grassy park and a sandy beach with snorkeling, surfing, kayaking -- showers and a lifeguard, too. Keawakapu Beach is also walking distance. Take our beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler to sample all of Maui's world class beaches.

WE EMPLOY A LOCAL MAGNAGEMENT COMPANY TO CARE FOR OUR CONDO AND OUR GUESTS. Their full staff is available to our guests 24/7. The FRONT DESK at Maui Kamaole is open daily.
This spacious GROUND FLOOR unit has clean tiled floors and mirrored baths. The Corian Kitchen has high quality appliances, including a FULL SIZE 20 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with ice and water in the door, a smooth-top stove, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Two air conditioners. Two ceiling fans. Sliders at each ends of the condo are fitted with night locks so you can sleep SAFELY with fresh air. The Maytag washer-dryer is FULL SIZE. The condo is open plan and spacious, with the advantage of TWO BATHS. Living space is OVER 1000 SQ. FT.
There's a 32' Samsung TV with HD Cable in the LR. There's a 19' Toshiba TV w/DVD player in the BR. FREE BROADBAND WIRELESS. There is a comfy EASTERN KING SIZE BED in the bedroom and a QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA in the living room. NEW WINDOW TREATMENTS.

My husband and I had vacationed in Hawaii for 20 years, enjoying two to four weeks a year on each of the four major islands. Then we found a condo we wanted to call home: Maui Kamaole I-115.
We chose South Kihei for its proximity to great beaches and to upscale Wailea. We chose Maui Kamaole because the units are larger and newer, with close ocean views. We appreciate the intimate low-rise buildings on 23 beautifully landscaped acres. We chose I-115 for its view, its cool, NW-facing lanai, its location away from road and pool noise. Then we completely refurbished it. We are there every year to improve and maintain the condo.
When we turn off Kihei Road and start up the drive into Maui Kamaole we leave the busy world behind. It's all 'out there' -- shops, restaurants, beaches -- but this is HOME -- for us and for many guests who return every year. The complex is quiet. The landscaping and pools are beautifully kept. The lanai view is spectacular, even more so when the whales are in Maalaea Bay!
