4 - 6 people - 2 bedrooms - 82 m²

The apartment is located in the heart of the 1st district, between Place de la Madeleine and Place Concorde. The Polish Church faces the building, and a few numbers away is the first Chanel shop, built in 1910. Metro stations Concorde and Madeleine which connects to the line 1, 8, 12, 14 and RER B are easily accessible.

The apartment is inside a well secured courtyard and is very quiet. The caretaker also lives inside the building and monitors security.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with two single beds in the other. There is also a large sofa in the living room which can sleep two people.

The apartment is fully-equipped with modern amenities (Washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee maker).

The RER A train will take you straight to Eurodisney Paris.

Coming by car, you can park in the apartment street, there is a private parking 150 meters away from the apartment.

The Jardin des Tuileries is 50 meters from the apartment.

The apartment faces the Polish Church and is a short stroll away from Place Vendôme, Concorde, Avenue des Champs Elysées and Madeleine.

  • The bathroom is large, and has a towels dryer, a hair dryer and a large bathtub. There are two toilets in this apartment, both are separated. The first one is on the ground floor and the second one on the first floor.

This was our first apartment rental in Paris. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The location is perfect for siteseeing and underground travel to other parts of the city. The immediate neighborhood has a wonderful mix of shopping, good restaurants and an excellent bakery! The apartment is quiet and comfortable even in the Summer extreme temperatures we experienced (100F- Wow!).

The apartment itself was worn. There were't enough cooking pots and pans and dishes. Many of the glasses provided were chipped. The entry hall and lower bath had water damage. All of this needs to be corrected.

The other item that could use improvement was the owner's interest and knowledge of the local area. We have rented quite a few places in Europe over the years. I was surprised the person who met us knew absolutely nothing about the local area. It's the first time we ever got no information about where we were. It would be wonderful to have some guidance about local sites, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

I'm glad you were satisfied with your stay and we apologize for the wear and tear on this particular apartment. We have since restocked the kitchen with new dishes, and are planning to renevote the recent water damage during the winter low season. We also have begun to form partnerships within the Parisian tourism scene to provide our rentors with more information. I personally apologize for not having better advice on the area; I too am a new comer to the big city! Should you ever come back to Paris, you'll find a more seasoned guide and an improved apartment.
