Dining room with table and chairs. Sitting room with log burning stove, flat screen TV/DVD. 2nd sitting room with log burning stove. Both with stripped wooden floors. Stairs down to cellar completely insulated now providing a large games room ideal for rainy days.

First floor: Half landing - Bathroom with bath, whb, WC. First floor: Bedroom 1 - Family bedroom with double bed, 2 single beds. En-suite shower room with double shower cubicle, whb, WC. Bedroom 2 - 1 King size double bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed with en-suite shower room, double shower cubicle, whb, WC. Bedroom 4 - 1 King size double bed leading to Bedroom 5 - 3/4 double bed. Shower room with double shower cubicle, whb, WC. Off street parking for 2 cars + 2 spaces on street Gas CH throughout. All Power, bed linen & towels included in rent.
