TYPICAL & CHARMING VENETIAN STYLE APARTMENT IN THE MOST ELEGANT PART OF VENICE

We can give just 5/5 to this beautiful apart. We are usual "direct owner" travellers and this is the best apart we falled on. It has the right size for our 5 people family, it is perfectly located in a quiet, charming venetian corner, elegant and no-massive touristic area. The apart is on two floors, allowing a sleeping area separations between adults and kids (even if not necessary, it has been appreciated).
It is a luxury featured apart, fully equipped (finally we always had dinners at home
because we enjoyed to cook local food in such a fully equipped kitchen).
It was also absolutely well cleaned and mantained.
The management has been really helpful and kind, we had no problem with that.
Definitely suggested to peopole looking for a great accomodation at fair price.

Quick review, just to deliver my and my family's appreciation for this accomodation.
We are used to rent private properties for our trips and at the end we choose the best we found and we post a review on it.
Well featured, fully equipped, perfectly located.
Why not 5 stars? Just because we received only 2 key clusters, not enough for our
family (3 adults and 3 teenagers). We asked for it but we received the third cluster
just 1 day before our departure. The owner explained us that the third cluster had been wrongly kept by previous guests and it took a couple of days to get a new one
(it seems there are no keys reproducers in Venice!).
In any case, despite to this issue, this accomodation is perfect (overall beds, usually not high quality in houses for rent, here are really quality and comfortable),
as well as its management.
Warmly suggested to every person that would like a really nice accomodation
and no surprises when visiting Venice.

I and my family just came back from our European trip.
I visited all the main and most fascinating towns of the Old Continent renting
private owners properties through different sites.
First of all HomeAway is the best between these sites and I want to say it.
Then, between all my rentals the best was the one I found in Venice, the one
to which I'm writing this review as thanksgiving to its owner, Mr. Andrew,
who wellcome us in a really friendly way and got answer to all our needs (my wife is specialist to find out everything wrong, but she had not success!).
The house is magnificent, luxury featured and perfectly mantained.
The elegant entrance is comfortable due to its large and sweet stairs and all the ambiences are useful and fully equipped.
The area is quiet, comfortable to transports and to the main venetian sites,
no massive turistic at all (we found some family-run restaurants in the nearby
where we had dinner every night as meals were spectaculares.
If I wanna find a bug I have to talk about something small, like keys: two key-clusters (?) were not enough for us, as every component of my family is adult and we wanted to have our freedom also respect to this issue.
Anyway it was a case, as Andrew explaned us, previous guests forgot to leave
some keys so they had just 2. Another small bug has been coffee machine: it was a moka, nice, but too small for 6.
That's all concerning bugs, everything in the apart was even better than we expected, surely correspondent to what was promised.
When I got the access to write this review I read the other reviews: I saw the one where the owner was indicated as unprofessional and many items, as the reviewer said, were not (Internet access, etc...). I don't wanna say nothing, just a consideration: if all that I read was true (and I can say my experience was the opposite) why nobody, never, wrote about this?! Usually guests are "castigators" if
they are unhappy, and this apart wellcome guets all year long... that's why
I feel that review really strange.
That's all I would say, everybody is free to express its personal opinion and to get one by Reviews.
My and my family opinion is that this is the most beautiful "for rent" private property
we found during our 1 month trip around Europe, and Andrew was absolutely honest and kind with us (he speaks English, French and also Spanish), nothing got wrong.
I warmly reccomend this apart to every person that wanna visit Venice.
