Luxurious 4 bedroom villa with spacious open plan living area. Double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower room, toilet, his & her wash basins, walk in wardrobes &TV. Double bedroom, Twin room with double and single bed, Twin room with 2 single beds. All have fitted wardrobes. Child's cot available.

Luxurious open plan, spacious, living area with 3 settees, large TV. Cable network, free national phonecalls and wireless Internet service. Fully fitted kitchen,conventional & microwave ovens, utensils, dishwasher & waste disposal. Utility room with washer & dryer. 2 separate dining areas. Breakfast table (overlooking pool) & formal dining area. 2nd bathroom has bath, shower & toilet. his & hers basins plus door for poolside access.

30' screened swimming pool - not overlooked with view of conserved area. Large lanai. Charcoal BBQ. Den style games room has bed-settee, TV, pool table, air hockey & table soccer.

Just 15 minutes from Disney's Theme parks, our fully air conditioned villa is set in a quiet and peaceful community. An ideal location just off Highway 27 between the 192 (for Kissimmee & Downtown Disney) and the I4 (for Tampa & Clearwater). Access to all the major attractions in this area could not be easier.

Westridge has its own tennis, basketball,and volleyball courts,a children's play area, communal pool and cabana. The nearest golf course is right next door and the nearest Supermarket bank and food/retail outlets are just 2 minutes away.

Our villa has its own pool which backs on to a conserved area can not be seen from the rear, offering privacy, peace and quiet.
