The villa has 3 Bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom. A master bedroom with 5ft bed and ensuite with walk in shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The Master and one twin room have TVs. The living room has a 40 inch color TV with latest fibre optic service with over 250 channels. DVD player small selection of DVD's. There is WiFi internet connection (free) a CD player with a small collection of CD's.An IPOD docking station. Telephone with free State to State calls and free local calls.
There is a glass dining table and 6 chairs for entertaining guests. Galley kitchen with Cooker, Fridge freezer with ice maker. Dishwasher. The house very well equipped with Toaster,Coffee Maker and Blender more than adequate glasses and dinnerware. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.
Outside there is a table and 6 chairs and a gas BBQ. The pool is 28 x 16 and is solar heated it has 2 mosaic dolphins on the bottom. The pool is caged.
Retired from a career in Aviation. Live in the remote West Highlands of Scotland so its good to have some winter sun. Love exploring the area and embrace all the lovely cultural things that are always going on.

Close to beaches approx 20 mins. Close to 9 golf courses. Very quiet area with lots of nice walks. Parks close by to entertain the children.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Central Sarasota. Within 15 - 20 minutes drive of the glorious white sandy beaches of Siesta Key and Lido Key. There are 9 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and a driving range within a mile. 3 major shopping Malls are a mere 15 minutes drive with local shops Publix etc just 5 minutes drive away. Prime outlets the Discount Mall is 5 junctions North on the I-75.
Within 15 minutes is the Ringling causeway linking you to St Armand's Circle, Lido Beach and the Barrier Islands of Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. While to the South are the beaches of Nokomis,Venice and Casperson where hunting for sharks teeth is the 'thing' to do.
Sarasota is a cultural delight with art galleries, Ballet and 2 Theatres. The restaurants fit every taste and pocket from Sports Bars to Nouvelle Cuisine the choice is yours - your only limitation is time.
There are Tennis courts close by free on a first come basis. Walking paths just round the corner.
