The large terraces have outside dining furniture, sunbeds and overlook the pool.The kitchens are fitted with German appliances and marble worktops-ceramic hob,oven,dishwasher,washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster.The lounges have ample comfortable seating,TV,DVD,full width patio doors with uninterrupted sea views.Both furnished to a high standard. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with executive shower unit -all bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating.Master bedrooms enjoy spectacular sea views.There are ample fitted wardrobes and a safe.These apartments provide very spacious accommodation with ample shaded areas on the terrace to enjoy outside living whilst being safe from the mid-day sun.Underground parking.

Local information: The old town of Estepona is a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square, where you can choose from a large selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes' drive, one very popular with the British, La Duquesa and the other, more Spanish, Estepona.Both have many shops, restaurants, discos and bars. Just 20 minutes' drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus offer opportunities to 'celebrity' spot, go up-market shopping, or party all night! You may take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top 5 train journeys in the world, just a 1hr and 40 minute trip, takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town, perched on top of a huge gorge.It has the oldest bull ring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and many old churches and gardens.Gibraltar is a gentle, 30 minute drive away, with its British shops and traditional red telephone boxes.Don't miss a visit to the apes or dolphin-Whale watching.

Lovely apartment. Great location with fantastic views from balcony. Direct access to both pool and beach from balcony. Very quiet when we were there which suited perfectly. Situated between Estepona and Duquesa which are both nice ports with plenty bars and restaurants.
Nearest beach bar only 10min walk and serves great sea food - Bahaia Beach .

Stunning apartment, Stunning view

A beautiful apartment in small and classy complex about 3 miles from Estepona. Luxuriously appointed with 1st class appliances - right down to the hair dryer! Huge balcony with only the lush gardens of the complex between us and the sea. Views to die for. Easy to find from supplied directions. Took about 1 hour from Malaga. Car essential. El Christo beach the best of several. We could see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Africa from there. Good local info in the apartment. British TV channels so we could watch "Downton"!! Estepona old town is very pretty. Easy and free parking in town. Good and inexpensive eating. We loved the apartment and we loved the area. It made for a great holiday and we will definitely go back.

Beautiful aparmtent with stunning sea views

Myself and three friends had a fanastic short break. We loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space. The sourndings were very peaceful, the grounds kept in immaculate condition and the views from the balcony were superb, it was so relaxing just to hear the sound of the sea!
The pool area was excellent, very clean and quiet, we loved the waterfall feature and there were plenty of sundbeds.
There isn't much within walking distance of the apartment, the petrol station next door provided us with essentials but had to get a taxi to the supermarket as well as each night in to Estapona for the restaurants and bars. There is also a great market by the harbour on Sundays.
Overall we had a brilliant weekend and would love to visit again.

Schöne Wohnung mit einem grandiosen Meerblick

Wir (2 Pers.) hatten im März das Apartement 3B gemietet. Die Formalitäten und der Kontakt waren unkompliziert und zügig. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ohne aufwändige Dekoration. Zeitweise hatten wir ein nicht unerhebliches Ameisenproblem in der Wohnung um das sich die Ansprechpartner vor Ort jedoch umgehend gekümmert haben.
Die Terrasse ist von beeindruckender Größe mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und entlang der Küste bis Estepona. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist gepflegt mit einem schönen Garten.

Direkt am Meer entlang führt ein Weg, der zwar von Strandabschnitten unterbrochen ist, sich jedoch km weit in beide Richtungen zum Laufen eignet.

Getrübt wurde unser Aufenthalt dadurch, dass sich gleich am zweiten Urlaubstag jemand am Nachmittag unberechtigten Zugang zu unserem Apartment über das WC Fenster, das leider nicht wie bei vielen anderen Wohnungen in der Anlage vergittert ist, Zutritt verschafft hat und uns ausgeraubt hat während wird die Sonne auf der Terrasse genossen haben.

Owner's Response: We are glad that the clients enjoyed this beautiful apartment in a wonderful setting.

We have been letting properties in this small development for 6 years and this is the first break in that we have experienced.

On speaking to the police officer involved, it appears that, whilst the clients were on the terrace, they had failed to lock, or even close, the outside security gate or also close the bathroom window. Therefore, being at a ground level, an opportunist thief, seeing both left open, has gained entry.

We would recommend, at all times, that clients renting our properties, take simple precautions and use the security gates provided, to lessen the risk of re-occurrence.

Tolle Ferien in einem luxeriösen Appartement

Wir haben ab dem 24. September 2011 eine Woche dort verbracht. Die Fotos versprechen wirklich nicht zu viel. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit Stil eingerichtet - und blitzsauber. Die Appartement-Siedlung liegt direkt am Meer. Von der riesiegen Veranda hat man Blick auf den ganz tollen Pool.
Auf der Rückseite führt direkt am Haus die Schnellstrasse vorbei - der Lärm hält sich allerdings in Grenzen und wir fühlten uns nicht gestört. Dazu muss man allerdings auch anmerken, dass wir das Schlafzimmer zur Gebäuderückseiten nicht benützt haben. Eine Tiefgarage - sofern man sie braucht - ist vorhanden. Der TV-Empfang ist via Satelit und empfängt vornehmlich englische Sender (Ski-Karte vorausgesetzt).
Aufgefallen ist uns einzig, dass der zur Verfügung stehende Grill seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat.


Alles in Allem können wir dieses Appartement sowie den netten und aufmerksamen Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates directly onto the beach, with a very large pool.Plenty of paved areas around the pool with sunbeds to enjoy the all day sunshine.You can walk on the promenade to a salt tower and beach bars in one direction and to Estepona port in the other.There are underground reserved parking places and the urbanisation is gated for security.There are shops, restaurants and beach bars within walking distance.A bus service going to Estepona, or Algeciras in the other direction, passes the property.The popular marinas of Duquesa and Estepona, with their shops, restaurants, bars and discos, are just a short drive away.Marbella and Puerto Banus, for upmarket shopping or just Star spotting, a 20 minute drive.Gibraltar is an easy 30 minute drive.Not to be missed here are the Apes, Dolphin and Whale watching.You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top 5 rail journeys in the world. This 1hr 40min trip is through spectacular scenery.

Golf: Known locally as the Costa del Golf, there are 50 plus courses within a 30 minute drive of the apartments, catering for golfers of all handicaps, including the world famous Valderrama and the up and coming Finca Cortesin, where the Volvo match play is held.

Ski: The slopes of the Sierra Nevada are a 2 hour drive away.
