Our elegantly designed summer house (150 m2) is surrounded by a beautiful garden with apple, olive, grape trees with a roofed terrace where you can enjoy the soothing view of the sea, islands and a small forest. It is located only a few minutes away from the shopping centres, nightclubs and beach.

Easy access by buses to Ildir village, Il?ca and Cesme every 30 minutes.

There is also a daily bus service to Izmir which runs every hour. Transfer to and from the Airport to our villas are available upon request.

Prices - Terms & Conditions
In order not to have a conflict with the bookings, check-in time is 13:00 hrs. Guest will check out before 12:00 noon.
If the guests want to check-in earlier than 13.00 pm, they accept that their reservation will take effect from the day before.
Likewise, if the guests check-out after 12.00 noon, it will be considered as an additional day stayed.
Upon arrival a deposit of 100 - € will be collected for possible damages to property and breakages of equipment and/or the loss of keys. The damage deposit is fully refundable on your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage and missing items during or after your stay.
DEPOSITS
All shops and restaurants mentioned are private institutions. We don't have any influences over their operations. We are,therefore not responsible for any loss, damage, claim or injury that may either be directly or indirectly arose from the services of the employees or any third parties.

WEEKLY PRICES (Acc. to Numbers of persons)
Unit prices are in EUROs per villa per week.
Reservation is made for weekly period stay.
Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 450 € for high season (15 Jun -15 Sept), 325 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 15 Jun and 15 Sept - 15 Nov), For each additional person (up to 7) we charge 40 €/per person/per week
25 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a down-payment to our bank account.

Upon receipt of a copy of this down-payment, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
The balance 75% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys to the villa will only be given after payment is made.
In case of cancellation on your part, the 25% downpayment will be forfeited.
Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the balance of the total amount of the rental.

Notes:	Our vacation villa (150 m2) is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden and has a roofed terrace (20 m2) on the third floor and has another roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda on the first floor. The living room (30 m2) is fully furnished and includes a satellite TV. Internet access is available (Free of Charge). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, coffee machine and a toaster. Plates, pans, utensils, cups and glasses are also provided. The garden is covered with grass and many fruit trees. Here your family and friends can enjoy a wonderful barbeque meal. Our barbeque and grill sets are available for your use.
