House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

ALL ROOMS OPEN TO THE OCEAN...Entering the beautiful Hoku'Ea Hale named for the beautiful ocean/turtle gate provides privacy from the outside. You will be immediately drawn through the house to the lanai to the 180 degree ocean view which is where you will be spending all of your time watching for whales and dolphins. This home offers everything that will make your vacation one not to be forgotten. The home sits on a point with direct views to the most amazing snorkel beach where it is not unusual to see more than 5 turtles plus so many fish that you see new ones each morning you snorkel at Kahalu'u.

Huge master bedroom downstairs with King bed and west wall is lanai doors and full length windows to the ocean. Downstairs is also a media room with high speed cable connection. The open kitchen allows many cooks and views of the ocean while cooking.

Upstairs south bedroom with Queen bed overlooks all of Kahalu'u Bay with all the snorkelers and surfers. A large bathroom with a huge spa tub and shower separate the bedrooms. The north bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms are oceanfront and have a TV plus another TV in the media room off and open to the great room and kitchen.

This house is located in the perfect location, close to the famous Kahalu'u snorkel beach with all water activities with beautiful blue ocean. Be there by 8am and you may have it to your self.

Beautiful Location

We spent a perfect week at The Turtle House. Snorkeling out the front, the constant sound of the waves, short walk to the beach, sunsets on the lanai! We were 6 adults and the home was perfect and I would definitely recommend to others.

The property is absolutely a perfect located in the best part of Kailua-Kona and away from the heavily tourist area of the town. You are in walking distance to the best snorkeling to see beautiful fishes and are within driving distances to all locations on the Big Island. The house is perfect for a family with three bedrooms and has a spectacular ocean front view. Sunsets on the lanai are breathtaking every night.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
