SEVI VILLA - SET IN 2 ACRES OF PRIVATE GARDEN & WOODLAND NEAR ST IVES

What a fantastic few days at Sevi Villa, just a shame we had to return to work and couldn't stay longer. It's the perfect location for exploring Cornwall, being close enough to the A30 to enjoy the convenience but far enough away for it not to disturb the peace in the amazing garden and woodland.

The first floor bedroom has wonderful views, the other bedrooms and living, dining, kitchen areas are all very spacious and very comfortable. The house was very clean (if you knew me, you'd consider that comment high praise) and well equipped with everything you need.

The restaurants, bars and shops in Hayle are all within walking distance.

Finally, the owner was a delight to deal with, made everything to do with the reservation extremely easy and there was a very appreciated welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. We will certainly return to Sevi Villa for our next break in Cornwall.

Sevi Villa is a wonderful House for your Holidays. Big windows, especially those in the beautiful upper floor allow a wide view over the lovely landscape till seaside. The furniture is modern, tastefull and comfortable. We felt so comfortable in this house, because of it´s great atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped well and allows even cooking shows ;) The garden is big enough for every outdoor activity you can imagine (my mum even went jogging in it...needed just a few rounds!) and for rainy days there are books, games, movies and a playstation! Everything you need for holidays is reachable by foot. A supermarket, busstation for buses to St. Ives and even the beach just a little farther.
Sevi Villa ist ein wunderschöne Villa für ihre Ferien! Große Fenster, vor allen Dingen die im wunderschönen Obergeschoss erlauben einen tollen Ausblick in die idyllische Landschaft bis zum Meer. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, was wohl an der besonderen Athmosphäre des Hauses liegt. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestatten, dass man darin sogar Kochshows veranstallten kann.
Der Garten ist groß genug für jede Freizeitaktivität, die man sich vorstellen kann (Meine Mutter war sogar darin Joggen!) und für Regentage sind Bücher, Spiele, Filme und sogar eine Playstation im Haus. Alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht befindet sich in zu Fuß erreichbarer Entfernung: Ein Supermarkt, eine Bushaltestelle mit Bussen nach St. Ives und schließlich der Strand, der nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch weiter weg liegt.

What a beautiful house and garden. Amazing views from the upstairs bedroom, spent many evenings looking out and watched lots of fireworks on bonfire night which is our 3rd wedding anniversary. Amazing garden which our springer spaniel Megg really enjoyed, she will not want to go home, neither will we have had such a great time and the weather has been kind. Your home is in a great location and we will visit you again without a doubt. Your welcome basket was the best we have ever had so a big thank you for that, it was really appreciated. Not seen Felix the pheasant but that may be due to Megg spending so much time in the garden. Look forward to our next visit. Thank you again.
