Waterfront villa with private 70' dock & boat lift

A stunning detached 3 bedroom villa on the South side of Jolly Harbour Marina. Set in a private road, this is an enviable location on the waterway with the picturesque “Sleeping Indian” hills in the distance. The property has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer, dish washer, toaster, microwave, double sink, large 4 ring cooker and a separate laundry room.

The kitchen leads into the dining area which has a large dining table with seating for up to 6 persons. The living area has beautiful 20' high vaulted ceilings with large wooden paddle fans, TV (cable) & DVD. Its open plan feature is designed to optimize the light and cool ambience.

French doors from the lounge and dining room lead to a covered patio area for alfresco dining and access to the deck. The living area leads to bedrooms 2 & 3 and upstairs to the master bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes.
