The villa is located in the prestigious area of San Gines with a large open plan split level living area. The spacious lounge is perfect for interior relaxing with leather sofas seating 8, a 40” satellite TV and home cinema system. The dining area comfortably seats 8 with views of the pool and waterfall. The modern kitchen is fully equipped as expected, including fridge freezer with ice-maker. On a lower level, there is a snooker room complete with bar, dartboard and lounge area. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms - The master has satellite TV, air con, beautiful en suite and large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The 2nd en suite bedroom has views of the pool. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing a bathroom. Outside there are 3 terraces, one with a huge gas barbecue & dining table, one with comfortable seating and a pool terrace with further dining and sun loungers. The overflowing pool is very inviting and has seating beneath the waterfall.

Located on the beautiful Costa Calida, just a 50 minute drive from Murcia airport, this luxurious villa is conveniently situated only 150 metres from a sandy beach, with bars and restaurants a few metres stroll away. La Azohia is a pretty fishing village that is popular in the summer with tourists and has numerous bars, restaurants, off licence, newsagent, pharmacy, supermarket, pretty church and harbour with dive centres. Just a 5 minute drive away is the village of Isla Plana where you will find more shops including a bank. A further 5 minute drive will bring you to Mazarron Port with larger supermarkets, marinas, boat trips, jet ski hire, bustling markets, not to mention the obligatory bars & ice cream parlours etc. The historical naval city of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive and is well worth a visit, take a boat trip, a tour around the arsenal, a trip up the glass lift with fabulous views of the city with the peacocks, then finish with a cold beer admiring the yachts in the marina.

Fantastic holidays in this beautiful villa!

We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 children spending our 2 weeks holidays in this lovely villa. We couldnt have found a better place. The house itself is modern and in all aspects very well equipped and has excellent fascilities.
We had a good coomunication with the owners from the very first time we contacted them. They provided good customer service and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived.
Everything was clean and tidy and the property lies in a quiet neighboorhood but with only a short walking distance to the beach.
The pool was the best for us as the children spent hours and hours in the pool everyday. Perfect learning conditions for our children who made huge improvements swimming! The pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. We just loved staying here and hope we can return some other time!

Lovely family holiday in a beautiful villa

We have just returned from a wonderful weeks's holiday in this beautiful villa. The owners, Alan and Shelley, gave us a lovely warm welcome and showed us around their wonderful villa which was immaculate. The villa was clean, tidy and fully equipped -both inside and outside.
We couldn't have chosen a nice place to have a relaxing holiday. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach and is in a quiet residential road.
We will definitely return and would highly recommend this villa to rent.

Wonderful Spring holiday with family

We (5 adults, 2 kids) spent 10 days (April) in this wonderful villa and had a fantastic and relaxing holiday. Murcia airport is a 50min drive away. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and the house was perfectly clean.

The villa is new (first guests in 2011) and superbly equipped (snooker room, perfect kitchen, bar, huge living room, light and cosy bedrooms, big bathrooms etc). We spent most of the time outside and the weather allowed frequent use of the wonderful swimming pool and sunbeds. We made also lots of use of the barbecue and it was warm enough for all dinners on the terrace.

The very nice beach (some stretches sandy, some with pebbles) is just a 5min stroll away and although the water can be still a bit chilly at this time, it was great for a sunbath and the kids loved playing in the sand or collecting pebbles etc. Even nicer and bigger sandy beaches as well as more lively promenades are a 10min drive away.

The area is very unspoiled and one can walk to some nice restaurants and a little supermarket in La Azohia.

We can highly recommend this villa for a sunny, luxury and relaxing break in Spring!

FIVE STAR PACKAGE

A chance meeting in February with Shelley on a flight back to London from La Manga lead us to stay at La Torres in La Azohia.
In the months leading up to our holiday, there was excellent email communication. We felt that Alan and Shelley had put a huge amount of time and effort into making things run smoothly for their guests that summer. Directions by road from Murcia and Alicante airports to Azohia were superb and well thought through.
THE HOUSE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.
Electric gates made the property feel very secure even though it was a very quiet street. The villa was super clean and tidy, beautifully designed but also felt very relaxed and homely. Mazarron and Azohia had some lovely restaurants and are well worth a visit, but equally the cooking facilities and BBQ area in the villa were excellent. The outside space was beautifully kept with enough sun loungers and a pool to keep two energetic children entertained every day.
Fingers crossed that we can return next year and thanks again for a wonderful holiday.
