For social gatherings, the ground floor of the barn has been converted to a living room which opens onto the large country kitchen, very well equipped, with family sized fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The kitchendoors open onto a wonderful summer dining pergola situated in the garden which is covered with vines. Seating is for upto 10-12 people with its' own bbq.
