Rental Rates: Prices range depending on your length of stay and depending on how your vacation dates fit into our schedule. We are able to offer up to 50% off on certain dates. Cleaning Fee's range from $99 to $149 (one time fee) We also have a few apartments that look very similar and keep our own calender so please call us to check availability. If you are on a tight budget, we can work with you, as all our apartments are negotiable. Booking and paying in advance or even a last minute booking can help your chances of receiving further discounts.
