This pretty villa is located just 2km inland from the beaches of Fuengirola. It is fully equipped to provide you with the perfect holiday. Not only does the villa enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Mijas campo but also benefits from being just a few minutes away from Fuengirola town centre. The villa enjoys spectacular views of the sea and has its own good sized private pool. It also boasts its own large sun terrace offering lots of sun loungers. On the sun terrace you will also find a large pergola with tables & chairs for alfresco dining or for escaping the mid day sun. There is also a gas BBQ with outside sink area. Inside the villa, you’ll find a large comfortable lounge with dining area with outside terrace from where you can watch the sunset. There is also a bar area. The fully quipped kitchen offers you all mod cons, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. Within the community of local villas, you will find a further massive community pool & also a table tennis area.

This lovely villa is situated in the Campo Mijas area overlooking the resort of Fuengirola. Whilst it is set in a quiet location, it is only 20 minutes from Málaga airport and less than 10 minutes by car from the resort of Fuengirola and the main coast road. This allows for easy access to all the amenities that the Costa del Sol has to offer. The villa is ideally situated for many golf courses (and tennis courts) on the Costa and is also an ideal base for touring - Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Jerez, Gibraltar, Nerja and even Morocco can all be visited as day trips. Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Cabo Pino and the Costa del Sol Horse Racing Course are all just a short drive away. Within a ten minute walk of the villa you can find several restaurants and also a supermarket and pharmacy. A local bus service operates hourly stopping just 750 meters from the villa & delivering you into the centre of Fuengirola. For the energetic the town-centre and beaches are about a 25 minutes walk.

Tourist attractions: Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona is also worth a visit for it still remains a very Spanish town with it's many beaches, bars and restaurants. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable holiday for both families and friends who want to be located in the centre of everything.
