Living room: Double sofa bed (sleeps up to 2)

The nearest tube station is Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line (10 minute walk).

It takes 8 minutes on the tube from Queens Park to Paddington and 15 minutes to Oxford Circus or Picadilly Circus and London's West End.

From Queens Park station you can also catch a London Overground train to Euston (5 minutes)

If you want to be picked up by taxi or mini-van from the airport, I can pre-book this for you with a local company and it will be cheaper than catching a taxi when you arrive

La casa cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Eramos 11 personas y había espacio suficiente para todos. La zona ya la conocíamos y está muy céntrica. Todo muy limpio, sobre todo la cocina y los baños. Jane ha sido muy amable y además deja todo tipo de información para visitar Londres. Lo recomendaría sobre todo por la comodidad frente a un hotel, lo tranquila que es la zona y la seguridad que hay, y que en la casa no echas nada de menos.

La casa perfecta para unas vacaciones en Londres

Hemos pasado 5 días en esta casa un grupo de 7 adultos y 5 niños y todo ha sido perfecto, la casa muy limpia y todo en perfecto estado.

Todas las camas preparadas para los 12 con sabanas, edredones, etc, así como toallas y todo lo necesario para la cocina en perfectas condiciones.

La cocina muy grande y perfectamente equipada.

La casa es tal como esta descrita en el anuncio y se la recomendaría a todos los que quieran pasar unas pequeñas ( o grandes ) vacaciones en Londres.

Muy bien comunicada con el centro de la ciudad desde la estación de metro de Queens Park.

Cuando volvamos a Londres, no dudaremos en volver a esta casa.

An unforgettable october holiday in London

We recently booked a house in London(Charteris Rd) for a family party of 9:3 adults and 6 kids from 8 to 16. The place NW of London was only a 10 minutes' walk from two tube stations & it was a 7 minutes' ride to Euston station.

Lovely shops on the way back home from the tube stations.

We had everything needed in the kitchen except....a tin opener...provided the next day on request !!Some heating problem was quickly fixed up.

Everybody enjoyed their holiday.

I would recommand the place to groups of friends or large families since the house could accomodate 10/12 people.

Just one thing : a thick plastic table cloth would have been welcome to cut down the noise of plates and glasses on the glass table...

Fantastic House!

I stayed here with my family in August 2014 for a week. It was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). The house is very clean and comfortably furnished, great sized rooms and located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood close to shops and tube stations. It is really easy to get in to central London to see all the tourist sites.

The house was equipped with everything we needed for the stay – a well-appointed kitchen, good washer/dryer, plenty of beds and wifi.

Having Queens Park and lovely cafes located within an easy walk was also a bonus!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to other visitors. The booking process with Jane is efficient and secure and she provides great instructions for getting the most out of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay Jane!

Queens Park, London NW6 is a peaceful, upmarket, residential area conveniently located just 3.5 miles (5.6 km) and 15 minutes by Tube from Central London in Zone 2

The house is in a very quiet, tree-lined cul de sac so there is no passing traffic noise!

The nearest Tube station (10 minute walk) is Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line (Zone 2). By Tube it takes 8 minutes to reach Paddington and 15 minutes to Oxford Circus or Picadilly Circus.

Local supermarkets are open 7am - 11pm and just a 10 minute walk away on Salusbury Road or Kilburn High Road.

The area has a huge variety of local boutiques, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, cafes and gyms.

The park itself is 10 minutes walk from the house with a children's playground, tennis courts, Boules, golf, a nature walk & café. It is very popular with families.
