Five bedroom detached villa - sleeps 10

This high specification newly built five bedroom detached villa is one of eleven tranquil villas set in a quiet residential area located around a large communal pool with an additional small pool for children.

The villa is located over three floors. Entrance is via a few steps into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Outside is an 'al-fresco' dining area surrounded by a maintained garden. Two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (1 double, twin), whilst three further bedrooms are located on the first floor (2 doubles,1 twin). All bedrooms have the advantage of being en-suite. Additionally, one double and twin bedroom on the first floor has access to a large balcony overlooking the communal pool.

Amenities include a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and LCD TV, satellite TV & DVD player. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

Maid service is offered every 3rd day with a change of linen and towels. No beach towels are included

We are a family of four who visited this area with friends and was amazed at the diversity of what the area could offer. Like most families it's difficult when working to spend time together and this gives us somewhere to escape to to relax and unwind and have fun. We use the property ourselves twice a year and have let it since 2012 with many repeat bookings

We chose this property because its location meant it was suitable for our children but where we could enjoy the heritage & culture of Turkey. The location gives wonderful views of the mountains and a welcome breeze in the summer months. It's quiet but within easy reach of all amenities.

This newly built 5 bedroom villa is nestled in the peaceful Ovacik Valley with the impressive Babadag Mountains in the background whilst to the front/side of the property you can glimpse the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Within a short 10 minute stroll you will find a welcoming selection of local bars and shops whilst a little further is the bustling town of Hisaronu where there is an array of shops, restaurants and night life. Local buses also run a regular service to town and beaches.

The nearby coast offers the Blue Lagoon nature reserve where you can experience its clear turquoise waters and gentle sandy beach. Other nearby beaches offer a varied selection of water sports. Alternatively, why not try the unique experience of paragliding from the Babadag Mountains or walk part of the Lycian Way which stretches from Oludeniz to Mount Olympus.

This property also offers you the opportunity to use all of the facilities at the nearby 4-star Orka Hotel

  • 25% deposit required at time of booking (non-refundable). Full payment to be made 8 weeks prior to departure. Should the final payment not be made at time of request, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

    Arrival guests can access the villa after 4pm, departure guests must vacate the villa by 12 noon.

  • We can organise transfers from Dalaman Airport to Emerald Villa which takes approximately 50 minutes. Costs are as follows:

  • We are a family of 4 and enjoyed the experience of staying in Ovacik. The welcome of the locals was second to none and the diversity of activities and cultural history of the area provided something for everyone. Restaurants are very family orientated and we have left a number of business cards of places that have been 'tried and tested'.

    The property and its grounds are beautifully maintained. This villa gives you space and privacy whilst also offering the opportunity of making new friends around the communal pool.

    Although the property does not currently have access to wifi, many of the local bars and restaurants offer this free of charge.

What a fantastic villa! We had a lovely holiday here for two weeks in September, and have enjoyed it so much that it will be our third visit this September. From booking to departure everything was enjoyable. The pictures of this property really do not do any justice. The property is exceptionally clean and tidy offering a wide range of facilities and utensils to accommodate your needs. As it is linked with the Orka Hotel, their staff occasionally pop over to the area to offer any advice or help that you might require and simply to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The town of Hisaronu is only a short and pleasurable 15 min walk away, with supermarkets, restaurants and gift shops in abundance. There is an excellent and efficient taxi service within easy reach of the property. It's located just outside the gates on a nearby telegraph pole with a button to press. You will certainly not have to wait long. Trips and must-see destinations are a boat trip from Fethiye, which takes you around the coast. Saklikent Gorge, Fethiye Market on Tuesdays, Kaya Ghost Town, Olu Deniz beach and Blue Lagoon will all be excellent options for you to explore. Ultimately, we would recommend this property to anyone!

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely villa in september, which was a perfect time of year with perfect temperatures and not too overcrowded in the town nearby. The villa was spotlessly clean, we'll equipped and had a very good sized and clean pool. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa for excellent quality and location.

The villa was fantastic...we spent a few days around the pool, a couple on the lagoon together with a boat trip and paragliding - amazing!
