It’s a 100 m2 apartment that represents the majestic style of the surrounding area. Located on the sixth floor with lift, the apartment has four french balconies that offer panoramic views to La Concha bay in San Sebastian.

Walking into the apartment, large windows with spectacular views over the bay and a sleek modern style, light and decorate a large living room of 40m2. The lounge area offers a large space with two sofas and a coffee table; neither will you miss a LCD TV 32', stereo and DVD. A large dining table for six guests and a fully equipped modern kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, blender, pots and pans, dishes ...) compose the dining area.

The master bedroom looks like a hotel suite: 30m2 of plant and a magnificent side view to La Concha beach. The bedroom area features a large double bed plus a dressing area with two beautiful blue chairs and a colonial style chiffonier.
