Self catering holiday villa - spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen

Villa 99 enjoys the constant breeze of the Atlantic Ocean which creates a cool and invigorating environment for that perfect holiday! The villa is fully air conditioned, well equipped with all modern conveniences and facilities including housekeeper. The large living room is spacious and airy with vibrant coloured furnishings and a wonderful view of the infinity pool, jacuzzi, Scarborough Harbour and offers a magnificent view of the vast Atlantic Ocean. The dining area opens onto the living room and can easily seat ten persons. The four spacious bedrooms are each equipped with an en suite bathroom, ceiling fans as well as air condition and TV with cable. The loft is airy and is accessible by a drop down folding ladder.The spacious covered patio opens onto the pool and a stroll along the garden takes you to the jacuzzi and the breakwater where one can enjoy the sea in a safe and calm setting. The villa is within close reach to some of the best beaches and attractions on the island.

This villa is located in the Tobago Plantations Estate which makes it ideal to fit in that early morning walk, run or jog, or if you prefer the evening to enjoy the beautiful sunset while walking, running or jogging.

Villa 99 is located on the south eastern side of the island in the Tobago Plantation Beach & Golf Resort, Lowlands which is home to an 18-hole PGA Championship Golf Course. The villa looks out to the Atlantic Ocean with a panoramic view of Scarborough, the capital and it environs and is constantly fed by the cool Atlantic breeze which creates the most relaxing and invigorating atmosphere to spend a warm tropical vacation. Guests are free to stroll through the resort and enjoy the many sites and natural beauty the island has to offer.

Golf: There are two golf courses on the island. The world famous Mt. Irvine Golf Course ij Mt. Irvine and is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. The other golf course is located in the Tobago Plantation Estate not far from the villa.

  • The bedrooms are spacious with four bedrooms being fully air-conditioned with TV and cable. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and conventional ceiling fans. The fifth bedroom is located in the loft overlooks the living/dining rooms and is fed by central air condition. It is accessible by a drop down ladder which makes it a favourite place with the younger ones. Two of the bedrooms open onto the pool patio and have a beautiful view of the ocean. All the beds are very comfortable.

My family and I stayed at this villa for my birthday! It was great! Our expectations were definitely met! The view is amazing and the pool and jacuzzi were quite relaxing!I would definitely recommend this villa!
