Luxury villa - 200 year old fully renovated in 2005-07Vila Alme is fully air-conditioned with 174sqm of space, with a 50 sq.m. terrace facing the sea and is accessed directly from the living room. Pool area with waterfall and out door shower. It is accessed from the road with parking for 3 cars. Accommodation is over 2 levels & sleeps 10, it also has a cot & high chair. The main floor is comprises a 60 sq.m. living-dining room with an open kitchen solution(fully equipped). 2 double bedrooms, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and bath room with shower. The ground floor has 25 sq.m. bedroom with en-suite bathroom, wine cellar & utility room. The house is 9 km drive and 3,5 km walk/hike from Budva. Budva is Montenegro´s main destination and offers the best selection of restaurants, cafes and nightlife on the Montenegrin coast - catering for every taste. There are a number of beautiful beaches close by.

Tivat airport is 40 minutes drive from the house, Dubrovnik airport is 85km 1h50m drive away.
