We built this Villa for renting in 2005 when we graded the Accommodation as 4 star quality. We have maintained this grading through out the time and have built many new features to the Villa. Previously Tina ran her own beauty salon and Peter was a successful executive in the computer and telecommunications industry. We love the outdoors, the bush and meeting people. we have lots of experience with tourist attractions in the Cape and are ready to offer any advice which may be requested.
Peter and Tina Davies purchased this villa in 2005
We decided to build the Villa to fill a gap in the market for larger groups from 4 to 15 who want private holiday accommodation.
It has absolutely amazing panoramic views of the Cape incorporating the Sea and the Mountains and is located on the Table Mountain National Park. It is at the centre of all the Cape Attractions, being exactly Half way between the city centre and the Cape Point.
This is a great house with panoramic views of Ocean and Mountains on the slopes of the Table Mountain National Park, just 10 minutes walk to the beach and accessible to Cape Town within 30 minutes. The house itself is very spacious, airy and light and very tastefully decorated throughout. There is a fully fitted Kitchen many special touches in the house. There are quality beds, quality linen and quality towels. The panoramic views can be seen from the balconies off bed rooms and the other wrap around balconies off the lounge and dining room. There are large terraces and patios’ to have a South African Braai. It is a perfect place to relax. We arrived to fresh flowers and wine from Tina, and she was always on hand to source information for our entertainment and eating venues. We would certainly recommend this Guest House and Villa.
