Lots of decks to take advantage of the beautiful sunsets of Back Bay and the great views to the ocean. 3 of the bedrooms have deck access (two, privately)! Spacious decks overlook the nicely landscaped pool. Direct access to Back Bay from your dock, so remember to bring your fishing pole and kayak! Lots of extra amenities like hot tub and dual head shower. The downstairs area, complete with wet bar, bedroom, and sitting area, has handicap features. CAC, CCTV's, large screen TV, DVD's, pool, handicap friendly, internet access, game room, hot tub, Jetted Tub, dual head shower, outside shower, pool table, game table, 2 gas fireplaces, gas and charcoal grills, garage, floating dock.
