Step onto the side porch and play one of many games offered at the game table, which converts the family room table top to Texas Hold-Em Poker or one of the additional games offered in the package for family fun. It's a cool party spot, with neon lights and it's fully glassed-in so you don't miss the ocean in any weather. It opens onto the 3 sided deck so you can watch the dolphins play as you cook out on the large gas grill. Have dinner on the deck and watch the sunset overlooking the pool and ocean from the covered picnic table. All are well lit for evening swim parties. On the 1st floor, across from the pool you'll find a cute cabana room offering a 5th bedroom with outside access only.
