The villa and apartment are situated on the side of a hill surrounded by pine trees. It overlooks Santa Eulalia and the countryside of Ibiza. They are completly separate units and do not share any of the facilities. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the property and does not take away the privacy enjoyed by the villa. The villa is Ideal for a large family or friends sharing and the apartment for a couple and baby; is only a short drive from Santa Eulalia where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, beaches and water sports. It is also possible to walk within 30 minutes but the hill is quite high. The villa has a plunge pool, sauna and hot tub on the large sunbathing terrace. The apartment has a nice wooden decking to relax on overlooking the gardens. The main bedroom and living area have air conditioning and the villa is light and airy. The apartment also has air conditioning. They are fully equipped and you will find all you need to have a relaxing and peaceful holiday

Santa Eulalia is a fantastic family resort set on the finest beaches in Ibiza. Everyone who stays here comments on how clean and well kept the town is. There is enough to do not to have to leave the town but there is an excellent bus service if you decide to go exploring and don't have a car. There are loads of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. For the sporty types there are gyms, watersports, sport centre, diving centres and a superb marina. It really does have everything for the perfect family holiday. Hope to see you soon.

Notes: There is no swimming pool but there is a large plunge pool on the roof terrace which is 3.5m across by 1m deep. It is plenty big enough to cool down in or for the kids to play and have fun. Also there is a hot tub which can be set cooler if required.
