Great Get Away! Two bedroom unit is located directly across from Marco Island's beautiful South Beach entrance. Less than a two minute walk from your Condo!

Marco is known for their beautiful Shells and Sunsets, with many great restaurants and shopping through-out the Island. Public Golf courses are available just minutes off the Island. The Island is truly Paradise!!

Located in the private Seaview Club Condo complex, the unit overlooks the beautiful pool and tennis court and is a perfect local for a relaxing holiday. The large screened-in lanai overlooks the lush Florida landscape and has a direct wide view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen has brand new appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and dishwasher and is fully equiped 'just like home.' Also has a full-size washer and dryer in condo!

The tropical master bedroom has a new bedroom suite complete with queen-size bed and more than enough drawer space. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed with a 'Tropical' theme.

Walk to restaurants, movie theatres, churches, shops or hop the Marco Island bus which tours the island or can take you into Naples.

There is ample parking in the Condo complex. If you enjoy boating or pier fishing, the public docks are only an 1/8 mile (approximately three minutes) walk from the Condo.

Marco Island is ideal for bike riding, jogging or scooters. Bikes and scooters are available for rent as are jet-ski and boats.

18 miles to Naples, 40 miles to Ft. Myers, 90 miles to Miami, three hour boat ride to Key West.

Marco Island is a beautiful little secluded island, located just a few miles south of Naples, Florida, on State Road 951 by taking U.S. 41 or I-75. Once you cross the Marco Island Bridge, you know you are arriving in a special place. Balmy gulf breezes and views that take your breath away make this island more than just a special get-a-way- it's a place you'll want to come back to year after year Marco is largest of the 10,000 islands that line the shores of the Gulf of Mexico to the Everglades. About The Owner

We are a married couple that enjoy a very relaxing vacation. I'm an IT professional and my wife is an interior decorator. We reside in the midwest in Cincinnati, OH. We have two daughters just starting their careers as a teacher & lawyer.

Why The Owner chose Seaview

We love the laid back pace on Marco Island where you can go anywhere in a T-shirt & shorts. I enjoy fishing & being around of all types of wildlife and Marco is perfect for that. We wanted to be on the South End of the Island away from the traffic & being directly across from the beach entrance was a big plus for us & our guests. Our condo is on the 3rd floor and we have a great view of the ocean & sunsets from our screened lania. Also the condo complex has a special tropical feel and is layed out nicely with a large pool, tikhi hut, and tennis court.

What makes this condo unique

Close to beach, close to Caxcambus Park, on the South End away from the traffic, large heated pool, well maintained condo complex.

Everything expected and more!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are 20, 17 and 16. We went to Marco Island for rest and relaxation for the entire family, so extra activities weren't necessary! This condo was perfect, the decor was very welcoming. This unit had everything necessary from the kitchen to the bath. It was a huge plus having towels and all linens provided, not to mention beach chairs and umbrella. We did purchase a few extra chairs and left them for others to use. We had a short walk to the beach with easy access. We ventured out for dinner every night, the restaurants included the Sunset Grill, The Snook Inn, Dolphin Tiki Bar, Quinn's (Marriott) and Marco Prime. Since the Sunset Grill was directly across the street, we did go there more than once, food and drinks were fabulous plus a great view of the sunset. For breakfast, we found Doreen's Cup of Joe! Beebe's Ice cream and Putt Putt were also on the list of likes! As for the owners of this unit, they were extremely easy to work with from the original rental agreement to the return of our deposit. They responded to any questions we had our trip very quickly. Like the previous review on this unit...there was no internet connection in the unit but that was corrected after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to vacation on the south end of Marco Island.

Worry free vacation

We stayed for a week and it was a most enoyable and relaxing vacation. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. There were many beach chairs and beach towels as well as a foldable cart. There was no beach umbrella so we purchase one and left it there. We had spotty internet access on the lanai but it was adequate. Highly recommend this condo.
