Open floor plan offers two bedrooms on each side of the sunny great room, with a shared bath in between. Expansive east facing (ocean) deck has access from the great room, with lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the ocean's breeze and sun's warmth. There is a smaller west facing deck for afternoon siestas, or for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the bay. Convenient beach access path is located directly next to the home, and after a day at the beach you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. Perfectly set up for children, too, with an enclosed and shaded play area with picnic table and lots of sand to build a sandcastle or two! Bring your best friend - this home even allows your dog to tag along! CAC, CCTV's, VCR/DVD, east and west decks, wireless internet access, pets allowed.
