The Luxury Garden Apartment is situated in a perfect location overlooking the third fairway, with secluded garden, adjacent to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by sub-tropical gardens. This beautifully furnished apartment has a lounge dinning room with TV with Sky Package, with double patio doors leading to the terrace and garden, which overlooks one of the four swimming pools in La Torre, all surrounded by sub tropical gardens. The fully fitted kitchen houses all BOSCH appliances, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and washing machine and separate tumble dryer from Bosch in laundry area. Master Bedroom also benefits from patio doors leading to the terrace, with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom with 2 single beds and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. The terraces is furnished for alfresco dining with BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers, overlooking the pool. Remote security video entrance porter installed in the entrance hall. Hot and cold air.
