The cottage has a ramp and a handicap "friendly" bathroom to assist those in a wheelchair or using a walker. CAC, CCTV's, flat screen TV with DVD in living room, CD stereo, internet access, 5 ceiling fans, crib/playpen, highchair, open porches, sunroom with AC unit and table for 8, gas grill, and outside shower.
