Spacious decks and screened-in porch, large in-ground pool w/basketball and volleyball, private dock, large fenced-in and landscaped yard with hammock, private playground and sun room are just a few of the amenities this house has to offer. The views of beautiful Back Bay are at EVERY level in this home. The beach is just a short walk away. Relax by the pool in a chaise, bicycle to Little Island State Park or rent a kayak and tour Back Bay. The fun starts here! CAC, CCTV'S, VCR'S, DVD's, CD, large screen TV, wireless internet, poolside music, 2nd refrigerator in garage, gas and charcoal grills, bicycles, jacuzzi in master bath, large dining table (10), fully-equipped kitchen with large island and barstools, open outside hot/cold shower. MUST RENT KAYAK OR CANOE. KAYAK/CANOE ONSITE NOT FOR GUEST USE. THANK YOU.
