Located at the head of a beautiful canal, "It's All Good" offers spectacular waterviews in a peaceful setting, yet is only a 3 to 4 minute walk to direct beach access. For your convenience, beach chairs are available for your use! Step out onto the large screened porch or on the ample decks for cooling breezes and gorgeous sunsets. Rejuvenate in the large (16' x 32') inground pool or the relaxing hot tub. There is a great rec room with poker table and air hockey, stocked with games, books, puzzles and videos. Cozy living room offers nice water views, too. Other amenities include a high chair and Pack and Play crib. Bring your family pet, too, because this house welcomes dogs! There is a dock for you to fish and crab from, as well as launch a small boat or kayak. CAC, CCTV's, VCR's, DVD's, screened porch, dock, air hockey, poker table, video library, beach chairs, hot tub, in-ground pool, charcoal grill, woodburning fireplace, games and books, internet access.
