This unit invites you to make it your home while at Sandbridge Beach. The first floor location affords convenient access to the unit and to the pool area as well. All ages will delight in the "walk - in" pool with jetted area for relaxation and plenty of seats for lounging, snacking or eating. Dunes 117 is one of the largest units and is located on the quiet north side of the complex. The spacious balcony provides a great ocean view to enjoy any time during your stay. We offer three large bedrooms and a queen sleep sofa in the den. In addition to sleeping 8, the oversized dining table also seats 8 for meals or games. Additional seating for 2 at the kitchen countertop. Fully loaded kitchen, complete with ice dispenser, toaster oven, blender and food processor! Two full baths, with a jetted tub in the master! There is a large laundry room just off the main hallway with washer, dryer, drying rack and ironing board with iron. Two spacious closets also open from this hallway. The master bedroom has sliding french doors leading to the balcony. All bedrooms, den and eating area have ceiling fans. The den is comfortably furnished and surprisingly spacious. There are games, videos and books available for your use. Cable TV is provided in both the den and master bedroom. VCR in master bedroom, with VCR/DVD combo in den for your enjoyment. CAC, CCTV's, VCR's, DVD, use of most condo amenities, including walk-in pool and workout room with state of the art CYBEX equipment. MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR COVERED PARKING IS 6'4".
