This first level, light filled, 1800 square foot condo has a beautifully and tastefully decorated open floor plan with three large bedrooms privately situated for any type of guests. A masterfully equipped kitchen with custom granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, filtered water and ice dispenser etc.The Dining Room table can seat up to 8 guests for meals or games with two more seats at the kitchen countertop. The Family room is comfortably furnished and surprisingly spacious with a Queen sleep sofa, large TV, VCR/DVD player, a five CD stereo system and single french door access to the balcony. A large laundry room just off the main hallway, between the kitchen and 3rd bedroom, with washer, dryer and iron board with iron.A large master suite with high grade pillow top King bed, double sliding french door access to the balcony with ocean views and extra large walk in closet. The master tiled bathroom - Granite top double sinks, private toilet room, large shower for two as well as a large Jacuzzi jetted tub to soak in after a sunny day at the beach. The 2nd bedroom - Queen bed with a large walk in closet and two windows. The 3rd bedroom - Two Twin beds, a walk in closet and two windows. The second tiled bathroom has a soaking tub/shower and granite top sink. All bedrooms and family room have ceiling fans. There are three TV's with cable access and high speed wireless internet access. A few steps from the front door to the staircase with instant access to the "walk-in" entry pool, with jetted area for relaxation and plenty of seats for lounging or snacking.On the same floor is the family workout room with state of the art CYBEX equipment, weights and TV access. This optimum location allows easy walking distance to the food market, restaurant and local seaside shops. The key access closet located in the covered parking lot area contains beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and beach toys.
