This beautifully beachy home has many new items for 2008! - completely remodeled ktichen with new appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, new paint, carpet, furniture, mattresses, big screen TV and flat screen in master bedroom (5 total TV's), gas fireplace, remodeled bathrooms, new ceramic tile throughout main living area, 2 covered pool cabanas, one featuring an outside bar with refrigerator, TV, couches, new hot tub in 2007, game room with pool table, foosball, and darts. Gas grill on deck, CAC, CCTV, VCR/DVD, internet. In-ground pool with pool furniture and tropical palm trees. Quiet end of Sandbridge with great beach access. Each room of the house has a special theme, beautifully decorated - a must see! No smoking, No Pets. The cabana and pool house are only available all seasons except Off Season.
