From 5,300 square feet of interior and exterior space, enjoy all day sun, sunrises and sunsets on the huge wraparound sundeck, pool deck and the top deck or you can sun bathe and get that tan you always dreamed of! If you get warm and want to COOL OFF!, just dip into your private in-ground pool, or in the ocean just a few steps away! Blue Ocean is also located within walking distance of the beach, fishing pier and the Little Island Park, with such amenities as a tennis court, basketball court, lifeguarded beach, children's playground and restaurant.CAC, CCTV'S, VCR, DVD, CD, wireless highspeed internet access (bring your laptop), gas grill, loads of parking, in-ground pool, basketball. No pets. No smoking.
