Located in the foothills of Monchique, seven miles inland from Portimao, Turtle Dove Cottage has been beautifully restored and has spectacular views of countryside and mountains. Peaceful and relaxing, the cottage (villa) nestles on an unspoilt hillside, overlooking the small village of Montes de Cima. Set in the grounds of an English/Portuguese property, the cottage (villa) has its own private entrance. A charming property with beamed ceilings, a large patio and garden with its own fountain, sunbathing and shade areas, including its own BBQ and sun loungers. The cottage (villa) consists of large double bedroom and lounge with air conditioning, hall, shower room and fully fitted kitchen. A welcome pack is provided on day of arrival. The local village has a friendly bar and there are good local restaurants a short distance away. The area is lovely for walking, but a car is recommended to visit the Algarve’s lovely beaches. There are also several golf courses nearby.
