You will love our spacious split level villa set in a landscaped tropical garden with stunning panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea. Only yards from the sandy beach at Dickenson Bay, where some of the island’s finest water sports, restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities can be found. Master bedroom with sea view, king size bed, cooling fans and ample wardrobe space. Second bedroom with kiing size bed ceiling fan, double wardrobe with security safe. Luxurious shower room with marble topped vanity unit. The large comfortably furnished lounge has an extra twin sofa bed, cable TV, DVD and Radio/CD player and WIFI. The breakfast bar divides the lounge from the fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave oven, washing machine. The large balcony with hard wood dining table and chairs and comfortable wicker lounge suite overlooks the swimming pool where you can relax and enjoying the sea views and sunsets. Weekly maid service and all linen included.

Notes: This condominium at Halcyon Heights overlooks Dickensons Bay. Our villa has one of the best views and is one of only 24 privately owned vllas set in the quiet tropical garden surrounding the pool. The landscapped gardens are well maintained with many flowering shrubs, royal palm trees and fruiting trees that attract colourful birds including bananaquits. There are fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea and wonderful sunsets. If you are lucky you will see whales jumping, pelican fishing in the sea and many small birds including humingbirds that regulalry come into the garden Our maid visits weekly for cleaning and laundry and the site manager manintains the pool and is available during the day time for advice or information.

Our villa is only 750 yards from the mile long white sandy beach at Dickensons Bay. Here you will find watersports, bars and restuarants. There are some lovely beaches from which you can go snorkelling to see the many coulourful fish and coral reefs. The main town of St Johns is only 5 minutes drive away where you will find supermarkets, colourful shops and duty free shopping. The airport is 15 minutes drive away. Maid service is provided at the start and end of each rental and once each week during your stay.

Antigua is famous for its 365 beaches, one for each day of the year on which to relax. Alternatively you can enjoy some of the historical attractions such as Nelsons dockyard and the BBQ at Shirleys Heights on a Sunday is very popular with visitors. Information about what there is to see and do are available in the villa

Golf: Our villa is only 5 minutes from Cedar Valley golf course
