Beautiful house with a history: was shown as a typical example of American architecture at the 1900 exposition universal in Paris and relocated here in Deauville. 5 bedrooms and large living room. Entirely redecorated and fully equipped with modern amenities. very bright with large bay windows facing the sea. Well kept garden and a double garage with a ping pong table and games. Very large terrace to wine and dine on. Two minutes away from the beach and yet walking distance to the shopping centre and to the centre of Deauville. Available for the month of August which is the high season with major international horse races at both tracks. Can be available also for the American film festival early September. Deauville offers a variety of sport opportunities: tennis, golf (5 courses), sailing, karting, horseback riding etc...Long and well kept beaches and a wonderful mainland. Nearby historical sites include the D day beaches, the charming seaport of Honfleur and numerous Norman castles.
