Brand new luxurious apartment with panoramic views over La Envia golf course towards the sea.Quiet area but within a 10 minute drive to the beautiful marina and wide open beach of Aguadulce with the uncrowded beach of Roquetas De Mar only a little further away. A host of restaurants and bars can be found in either of these typically low key Spanish resorts. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and equipped with TV, DVD and CD player. There are 2 outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool which can be taken advantage of during the `slightly`cooler winter months. The Las Colinas Del Golf complex will also boast a restaurant and bar area along with a gymnasium, Jacuzzis and sauna.

The apartment is 10 Minutes from the `Grand Plaza` shopping mall which is fantastic for those who love to shop. The La Envia Golf and country club are on your door step. If you want a day trip out then a trip to Granada and the Alhambra Palace is a must as is a visit to Mini Hollywood the home of the famous Clint Eastwood westerns and the fantastic zoo. The `Cabo De Gata` is a great area of natural beauty and there are bronze age ruins for those who want to travel further back in time. The nearest beach is Aguadulce where you will find all the nautical sports and a lovely sandy beach.

  • In addition to the rental fee a 50 Euros laundry and cleaning charge is payable locally in euros on collection of the apartment keys. All Repeat visitors get 10% off the rental rates.
  • Bookings are held with a 50% deposit (non refundable), The remaining rental fee is payable one month prior to arrival.
    All 2 Week bookings get a 10% discount, all three week bookings get a 15% discount and all 4 week bookings get a 20% discount on total cost. Please note that no discount is applicable on winter rates except for returning renters. Last minute bookings, contact for special rates.
