This new 3 bedroomed luxury air conditioned villa provides you with the opportunity to enjoy its panoramic and sea views close to golf courses and the beautiful coast around the Paphos region. The villa is available for all year round rental and sleeps 6 in three double bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms and a shower room. Large open plan sitting dining area fully furnished with comfort in mind with an outside patio with comfortable garden furniture. The fully equipped kitchen with hob, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, provides every home comfort you could wish for. Outside the gardens have been tastefully landscaped with lawns, flower and shrub borders. There a first floor terrace, fully lit for romantic evenings and excellent views over the sea. The private lit pool 8m x 4m is fully maintained and suitable for all the family. For indoor relaxation there is a Satellite TV and DVD player. Safe available. Managing Agents are English.

Secret Valley lies 12km east of Paphos Airport and 1km from the Motorway junction. Paphos Town is the main shopping centre with Carrefour, Debenhams,M & S and other retail outlets. Shops can also be found inn Aphrodite Hills, Pissouri and Kooklia Village. A large selection of restaurants are available in each of these areas and also in Mandria. For the discerning golfer, there are courses at Secret Valley, at Tala, north of Paphos Town and a PGA approved course at Aphrodite Hills. These are all scenic courses and offer excellent facilities in the Clubhouses and restaurants for after game relaxation. Pro Shops are available at all courses where lessons can be arranged. There are various sightseeing opportunities and places of interest to visit including the Tomb of the Kings at Paphos Harbour, Aphrodite's Birthplace on the north coast. A perfect week

My parents and I had the most relaxing week in Secret Valley. The villa facilities and the quiet location were perfect for a restful week. The villa was spotless with very efficient a/c, which was most welcome. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, with stunning views over the sea and surrounding hills. A great local supermarket, with amazing fish made the self catering a joy for me as a budding chef and the villa's kitchen left you wanting for nothing! The managing agents were really helpful and met us at the airport, a service I would recommend you use as the location of the villa requires a little navigational help for the first visit!
So, a perfect week and we would definitely return

Excellent villa, great base for your holiday

We stayed at Villa Hiboux in Mid-late August. It was very hot - yet the villa kept us cool. It has a delightful aspect - facing the sun all day, with the pool and sun deck in glorious sunshine throughout, surrounded by a beautifully laid out and maintained garden - don't be fooled - many villas in Secret Valley have pools in shadow most of the day, have poorly stocked gardens (lots of gravel....) or face out over the road, or are overlooked by 'cheek by jowl' villas. The layout is very child-friendly - the bedrooms are all well sized and are located away from the lounge/dining area, so the kids can sleep while Mum and Dad get on with the evening - no need to tip-toe around! There's a lovely roof terrace to enjoy those evening G+T's with a great view out to sea. Everything was very clean, the owners local agents are wonderful and very helpful (meeting us at the airport to guide us back to the villa!). It's well situated, with some pretty villages nearby, and a few good beaches (a bit pebbly!) nearby too. All in all, a great place and highly recommended.

Just lovely

We have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this beautiful villa. It is absolutely immaculate and fully equipped with everything a family could possibly need. The views are superb and the villa is ideally positioned; close enough to explore Paphos and the surrounding areas but also far enough out to be peaceful. The agents acting for the owners are British and extremely helpful - as are the gardener and his wife. We thoroughly recommend Villa Hiboux!

A superb villa

We recently stayed at this lovely villa. It is spacious and well furnished. The views of the sea and the surrounding areas are spectacular and the pool area and garden is wonderful. When we visited, the garden was in full bloom and we were impressed by the array of colour. The property was well maintained and we were extremely pleased with the service we received from the owner's agents and the helpfulness of the owner himself before our holiday.

We were glad to be staying at Secret Valley, it is a quiet, attractive residential area. Secret Valley is in a good location to explore Paphos, Pissouri and even Limassol. It is very well located if you want a peaceful relaxing break but still not too far away from some good local restaurants. You do not have to play golf to appreciate this area.

We would definitely recommend Villa Hiboux.

Villa Hiboux in Secret Valley

We recently spent a week at the Villa Hiboux during a spell of very hot weather.

On our arrival at Paphos Airport, very early in the morning, we were met by the property managers', Robert and Helen Bowyer, who couldn't have made us more welcome. It is always useful to know your have friendly and caring people at the end of the telephone should you need them.

Everything about the Villa was excellent including the book of instructions, there was the right information on everything we needed.

We certainly made very good use of the pool which was kept in excellent condition, it obviously is very well maintained.

Certainly would go back there, if available, on any return to Cyprus.
