A newly refurbished villa with brand new sofas, fully detached, surrounded by fruit trees and in a private location with no other villas overlooking the swimming pool. There are no steps and the whole property is in a single level. Self-catering with a great BBQ and bread oven ready for all types of outdoor meals overlooking the lawn and the swimming pool so you can check on your children while they play on the grass or the pool. The villa is walking distance from the beach, the shops and the town. It is located near the old coast road so it is very easy to access it from the motorway. Likewise, it is easy to access all other beaches in Nerja and Torrox Costa areas.     The swimming pool is cleaned regularly. If you need cleaning of the villa during your stay, we can arrange it at a small price.
  • A booking fee is required in order to confirm your rental. Final payment can be made before departure or on arrival to the property.
    During your stay we require a deposit to cover for small breakages or lose of keys. This deposit is returned to you on your departure day when you return the keys. If the villa is left in a very poor condition we reserve the right to take some money of such deposit to cover the cleaning costs.

Notes: The property has a large patio area with space for up to 3 cars with a 2m (7 foot) gate. There is an outside area covered with a beautiful stone table and stone benches near a BBQ and bread oven. There is an outside tap and work surface very handy to prepare food. Next to the seating area there is a grass area with a fence separating the lawn from the swimming pool. There are beautiful roses and small orange and lemon trees planted around the property. The swimming pool has a depth of between 1.2 m and 1.8 m. Its rounded shape is ideal for small water parties.

Touring the area: There are plenty of things to do and see in Nerja and the surrounding areas. There are buses and tour guides in Nerja with special tourist rates. You can even get to scuba dive in Burriana Beach and get your Pady Certificate.
