Our comfortable 4 Bedroom 2 Bath air-conditioned Villa with private screened pool is situated in the quiet residential area of Indian Point, Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee 4 miles south of US 192 Just 15 minutes east of Disney, 20 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal . Being less than a 2 hour drive to the beach either west or east coast makes this a great location for family holidays. Local amenities include Shops, Restaurants, Dinner Shows, Golf, Crazy Golf, Helicopter Tours and Kissimmee Old Town. The villa has a large open plan living area and sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. 2 doubles ( Master with en-suite) and 2 twins. The private, screened, west facing pool includes a lanai for shaded seating and a large deck with loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. All towels and linens provided

    We accept payment in personel cheques or direct payment into our bank account.
    We also accept payment by credit card / debit card through Paypal for which you do not need a Paypal account. Paypal facility incurs a charge of 3.4%

    All prices are inclusive of all taxes.
    A deposit of £100 is required when booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
    A security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance (this will be refunded subject to Terms and Conditions).
    Pool Heating is charged at £100 per week.
