Brand new high quality Cal King Sealy Posterpedic bed.

Modern fans, new lighting and 32 inch flat screen TV in living room and flat screen in bedroom. Light and fresh color pallet. Done by Top San Francisco Designer with quality furniture and a tropical modern design accented with beautiful art and organic elements. Careful attention to detail in selection of crisp white sheets, bed coverings and accessories. Recently repainted and floors refurbished. Property shows like brand new.

Feel very natural, serene and Zen while viewing the most incredible full on ocean view including the Islands of Molokai and Lanai. Be prepared for fabulous sunsets, schools of dolphins, turtles, whale watching while experiencing the calming sounds of the sea and tropical breezes.

Wonderful condo

We just spent 6 nights at this condo and enjoyed every moment. It has a great location and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed MaLa, Honu and Aloha Mixed Plate. Also enjoyed a 5 minute walk to Starbucks every morning. Safeway is also very convenient and the main tourist shopping area in Lahaina is pleasant 25 minute walk. The pool and grounds were also very nice as we spent most afternoons relaxing by the pool. We would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Maui.

Fabulous view, impeccably clean and well manicured and kept grounds. Loved watching the sea turtles each morning from our lanai. The only thing keeping rating from a 5 would be needed bath soap (only one small bar provided and we stayed 6 days). Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion wd hv bn much appreciated also. Otherwise all else was very good.

Owner's Response: Aloha and thank you for your review. We always take all suggestions into consideration making changes as needed. We are considering adding shampoo as an added amenity to the property, however in our introduction and arrival information we state what we provide and we do not provide shampoo. It is customary for almost all VRBO properties in this class to provide a starter supply of bath soap (2 bars-one for shower one for sink), dish soap, and laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and coffee filters only. In our arrival information/packet and VRBO advertisement we do not promise anything other than we provided (as I just detailed above) and as listed in arrival packet. What I fear most that others will read your review before they write their review, as happens a lot in this business, and give us 4 stars because we do not provide coffee or a bottle of wine. With all due respect, hopefully you can see where I am going with my response to this review. All customers are important and we appreciate all bookings and clients. We rely heavily on reviews as we are a small business and this is how we make our living. We strive to achieve 5 star ratings and a 4 star can be very harmful and decrease our status. With all due respect, I feel that giving a 4 star rating because we did not provide shampoo or more bars of soap is harsh especially as we do not promise it. I would appreciate it and it would mean a lot if you recalled the 4 star rating. If you really believe not providing shampoo demotes the property to 4 star I will sadly accept that. Or possibly there were other problems I am not aware of. If you read all my reviews note I have had all five star with the exception of one most likely very unstable individual. Hopefully others reading your review will be understanding. When a vacationer places a customer service call to us we respond immediately however I reviewed all our records and we have no record of requests from Randy or Jeannie.

Beautiful, clean condo in excellent location!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is beautiful, clean, open and recently renovated. Waking up to the ocean-front views every morning was amazing and we would watch the sea turtles in the ocean while we sat on the lainai and had our coffee. The pool and BBQ areas are easily accessible and we used the pool everyday. The location of Lahaina Roads is ideal and very short (<5 mins) to walk to great restaurants (Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu and Aloha Mixed Plate are all fantastic!) as well as Safeway and Starbucks. You can walk, or take a quick drive to the Main Street of Lahaina where there are new outlet stores that just opened a few months ago (I.e. Bananna Republic Factory Store, Coach, etc) then there is lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and art galleries along the street. We absolutely loved our stay here and would book this condo again.

WOW! Location, location, location! Immaculate, beautifully designed condo with no detail overlooked!

After 15 years of returning to Maui for extended stays, Lahaina Roads #403 is by far my favorite place to stay! As a return guest, I'm still in awe every time I walk in the door again. For a unit with such high occupancy (book NOW if you want this place!), I'm surprised at how immaculate the condo is kept. You will feel like the first guest that has ever stayed there.

+ LOCATION: It doesn't get any better! You're as close to the ocean as you can get without being *in* the water. Hearing the ocean at night while you drift to sleep? PRICELESS. The condo itself is situated in the North end of Front Street, close enough to the action but far enough away that you have a calm, relaxing environment. Walking distance to two of the best restaurants on the island, Mala and Honu. Safeway shopping center a stroll away, too. CONVENIENT!

+ Complex: Don't let the older exterior fool you. This is a meticulously kept condo (the building manager is constantly keeping up the grounds). Nice pool area with tiki torches, beautiful hibiscus flowers (a few purple ones I'd never seen before) and towering palm trees. Sitting at the pool area will make you feel like you're sitting *in* the ocean. Quiet! All you'll here is the sounds of the waves crashing on the break wall, the palm trees swaying and birds singing. Yes, there is no "beach" out front. But, Maui is about exploring! Baby Beach a short walk away and Kaanapali just minutes North.

+ Condo: WOW! Decorated beautifully. You will feel like you are staying a hotel suite. Large, expansive bathroom, comfortable living room with a KILLER ocean view and a Lanai that is almost 150 square feet!! You will find yourself wanting to stay in the condo!! The design and furniture is custom for the space. So, it feels very spacious and no detail was overlooked. Dimmer switches everywhere for ambience lighting. Even plugs in the bathroom drawers so you don't have to clutter up the counter with your hairdryer. Attention-to-detail! The upkeep is amazing. I was there less than a year ago and everything looked great. Yet, I return this year and find a newly upholstered couch, new throw pillows and a comfy new quilt in the bedroom. Hedy doesn't wait for thing to look tattered. She is constantly improving the space.

I almost hesitate to write such a glowing review as I'm certain it will make more people book! I want to keep it as my secret island getaway forever! Mahalo to Hedy and Cherise for another wonderful stay!!

we are very satisfyed with the service from our contactperson Cherise. there was a few things we needed help for, a missing blanket, the dishwasher did not worked very well, the hairdryer was blowing just cool, the curtain outside was very hard to get down, and the wire burst. Every time we got help immediately! this is a very nice condo, and the kitchen has everything. Well, the beds can always be a little problem, too soft and so on. With earplugs the traffic outside the sleepingroom is no problem. We miss a softer lounge where one can relax.
We can recommend this condo!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your input as we are always looking for ways to improve the quality of the guest experience. Thank you for recognizing and acknowledging we immediately replaced the hairdryer, fixed the lanai shade with a new chain, adjusted dishwasher, and provided you with additional blankets. I am examining the remark regarding the bed as I have tested it personally and sought the input of repeat clients. Seems as though it is very subjective, some love it, others say too hard, others say too soft, at any rate we are tracking the remarks. The street noise can be lively until about 10PM but only heard in the bedroom and if someone is super sensitive to noise this is probably not the place for them. Thank you again as we always appreciate valid useful comments and suggestions.
