Location, location, location....This three-plus bedroom cape located in Katama area of Edgartown is a short walk (20 minutes) into town, one-and-one-half miles to beaches and one-half mile to bike path. It is an ideal home for a family, can sleep six to eight very comfortably. Beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings, gourmet kitchen with full amenities, and breakfast bar great for families and entertaining. Open floor plan, bright, sunny and airy, spacious living area, and lovely family room.

Other amenities include large back deck, wooded backyard, outside shower, hardwood floors throughout, tiled mudroom with laundry. There is a stereo and cable TV, DVD, two VCR players AND wireless connect. It features a master suite, two ample-size bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths.

Everything is new and immaculately kept and well appointed.

Our family had the most wonderful time at this home, it was hard to leave. I will always think of it as our home away from home on Martha's Vineyard. Perfectly appointed, you won't want for anything except another week.
