The villa is located in La Coveta Fuma – El Campello. El Campello is located on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Villajoyosa and approx 25 min drive from Alicante Airport. El Campello is a pleasant Spanish village with a long stretch of sandy beaches, nice boulevard, great harbour and many little bars, terraces, shops and restaurants where fresh sea food is served. La Coveta Fuma is a traditionally Spanish totally unspoilt urbanisation in a beautiful green valley. La Coveta Fuma has a village atmosphere with good local facilities including several bars, restaurants and supermarket, all very near to the villa. It's laid back & peaceful but not remote. About 50 meters away is the regular Coastal Railway from Alicante to Denia. You can visit different colourful markets, relax on the endless beaches, visit the spectacular Theme Parks “Terra Mitica”, “Terra Natura” and many more excursions very short away. In the area around there are five 18 holes golf courses.
Golf: GOLF BONALBA
Opened in 1995 Bonalba is the oldest and most settled 18 hole golf course in Costa Blanca. The course designed by Ramon Espinosa is a diverse entity of trees, water obstacles, bunkers and large greens, making it an enjoyable experience for pros and amateurs alike. The 6,367 metre, 18 hole par 72 Bonalba golf course is situated in the foot hills of the Sierra de Bonalba, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and beaches of San Juan. It is situated between large lakes on gentle slopes and has its own golf Academy with qualified , professional instructors. Bonalba is located approximately 10 minutes from 'Casa Coveta' The best route to the course is by taking the highway (A7) that goes from Alicante to Valencia and then heading towards Alcoi (Exit 67) to the left. The course is only a few minutes off the highway, with signs guiding the way.
GOLF ALICANTE
The legendry Spanish player Severiano Ballesteros designed Alicante city golf course. The course offers a good challenge for pros and amateurs alike. Along the course there are seven water hazards, so getting used to playing between the obstacles is important. The 6,270 metre Alicante golf course of par 72 requires a different strategic approach to every hole and obliges players to use all clubs. The course stands out for its long tees, wide fairways, beautiful park areas and its splendid lakes. Alicante Golf is about 15 mins south of 'Costa Coveta'
